We appreciated prime and convenient location!!
location: the hotel was just next door to major attractions such as train station, town square, mahakal road, even zoo as well as gangtok. cooperative staff, couldn't ask for more. the room was huge and extremely spacious with a clean bath.

We had an excellent stay at a junior suite in Summit Montana Suites & Spa. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the valley and city. The cleanliness of the room, with crisp white sheets and a spotless bathroom, made us very happy. The hotel's location in a mall was convenient for exploring the area. We would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay. we were very impressed.

Spent my Christmas holiday and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The view from the room was stunning; it was great to wake up to the beautiful mountain scenery every morning. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the mall, offering easy access to shopping, food, and fun activities for kids.
Although the room was spacious and comfortable, there were a few downsides. The breakfast was average, and some food items were not prepared to perfection.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the courteous 24/7 staff. the location was also great and handy for exploring the nearby attractions. we appreciated the complementary restaurant food served with live music.
Sadly, we were disappointed with the smelly washrooms, which were only temporarily masked with freshener. the room with a promised view was blocked by another building, which was also frustrating.
